This is a one year contract role (extendable) based in our plant in Barakah, Ruwais area. Accommodation, food and transportation are provided.
- To conceptualize, create, manage, execute and deliver a range of multimedia communications solutions on brief and in line with management's expectations
- Ensures all due diligence and research is conducted prior to tackling creative solutions for presentation to line manager and internal team as well as the concerned internal stakeholders
- Taking and manipulating photos to create digital images for the purpose of animation for the review of the line manager
- Transferring audio / video files to be edited and manipulated digitally; preparing the files to be utilized for future specific needs
- Creating animated sequences using computer software to meet requirements of the line manager and internal stakeholders
- Creating concepts and designs and art working them upon approval
- Provides creative scopes to the suppliers and acts as a point of contact from the company to ensure that the outsourced projects are completed on time and with desired outcomes
- Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context combined with excellent IT and programming skills
- Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment
- Proven competence in design and image manipulation software
- Teamwork skills because most projects require input from individuals with different roles
- Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convince and sell designs
- Ability to articulate and draft rationale for each design
- Ability to mentor and teach team members to enhance their technical skills
Skills At least 10 years of work experience in the same filed andappropriate education.
