Job Description Aspiriti have an opportunity for a Capacity Building Officer for a Consultancy in the UAE, you will be required to support the management team and implement Energy Training.
Duties include: Act as focal point for the training provider and generate leads and demands for training courses
Report on progress, performance, risks and mitigation measure for delivery/performance
Support in the development and implementation of directives related to capacity building
Review and update program website and learning management systems
Provide the required Administration support for the program
Candidate Requirements Degree educated in a relevant business/energy related field,
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a training/coordinating role.
You will have worked for a training institute or in the field of energy & water efficiency
1 year minimum marketing and communication experience.
Strategic thinker with excellent relationship building skills with internal & external stakeholders.
Bilingual in English and Arabic Preferred
