- Provide excellent customer service on a very personal and professional level to every call/email/communication from Louis Fourteen members, vendors, and team
- Recruit and develop a collaborative relationship with our vendors and service providers, and nurture an environment where they can support our team and best service the members that we send to them
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Reply to requests in a timely manner (and per requirements set by agreements with our partner banks regarding ring times, hold times and response times).
