Client is a specialist facade engineering consultancy with offices based in Dubai, Singapore & London. They work with well-known architects and top tier developers on high quality projects, mostly high-rise. Their Facades' services include; Facades Consultancy, BMU Consultancy, Architectural Steelwork Design and Architectural Façade documentation.
They are seeking autonomous individuals who have a keen interest for learning, excellent command of English, good presentation skills, passion for facades and buildings, and strong communication (both written and oral) skills. Due to continued success and growth they are now seeking to hire a high calibre professionals for their Singapore & Dubai Offices:-
1. Senior Facade Consultant
- MSc Architecture
- 4-12 years experience in facade consulting with architect or facade consultancy
- Autocad, Revit is must, Rhino is advantage
- having dealt with facade packages, reviewed contractor's submittals
- developed concept designs, schematic designs, wrote specifications
- familiar with curtain wall systems, stick and unitized system, glass fin systems, cable net systems
- familiar with solid cladding systems, stone, aluminium, steel, precast, grc detailing
- passion for innovation, creativity
- familiarity with international standards
- able to project manage and lead multiple project, oversee designer team
- -excellent English
2. Senior Facade Engineer
- MSc Structural Engineering
- 4-12 years experience in facade consulting with facade consultant or contractor
- Strand7, Mepla, FEA software, AutoCAD is must
- strong skills in structural calculations for glazed systems
- familiar with curtain wall systems, stick and unitized system, glass fin systems, cable net systems
- familiar with solid cladding systems, stone, aluminium, steel, precast, grc detailing
- passion for innovation, creativity
- familiarity with international standards
- able to lead a 6-8 person engineering team
- good English
3. Senior Facade Designer - BIM
- Bsc degree
- Revit high level
- min 4 year experience with facade contractor or similar
- familiar with curtain wall systems, stick and unitized system, glass fin systems, cable net systems
- familiar with solid cladding systems, stone, aluminium, steel, precast, grc detailing
- passion for innovation, creativity
- familiarity with international standards
- good English
4. Senior BMU/ Facade Access engineer
- BSC mechanical engineering or MSC mechanical engineering
- FEA software, AutoCAD is a must, Revit is advantage
- 6-12 years experience with facade access contractor or consultancy
- excellent communication skills, very good English
- familiar with different roof machine systems, monorail systems, manual access methods, rope access systems, etc
- familiar with testing and commissioning, inspections, procurement methods
- able to carry out load calculations, structural calculations
- able to design machine system
- able to specify machine systems and accessories
- familiarity with international standards
- able to lead multiple projects, work internationally.
