PSR Solutions have been appointed by an International FM Consultancy to recruit for an Estates Manager on a major education project in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Role on contract

- Reports directly Operations Manager

- Full TFM Delivery

- Managing a large team of Coordinators/Engineers/Supervisors/Technicians

Key Requirements:

To be considered for the role candidates MUST possess the following qualities:

- Engineering Background (Mechanical) - Degree Qualification

- Have held a lead FM role previously

- FM Service Provider Experience Preferred

Salary and Benefits:

Salary on offer is a negotiable AED 30,000 + Education Allowance + Family
