MS4 (License & Lease Renewal, Corporate Change Services, License Amendments, Lease Amendments, Licensing Services, De Registration, Visa Services, Government Services Amendments & New Registrations and other administration services, etc.
Responsibilities - Strong knowledge and understanding of Licensing, and Registration principles and practice
- Process all types of visa services including new visas request, visa renewals, visa transfer, visa cancellation and other visas requests.
- Process all types of licensing services (including letter) and deliver them once the payment is confirmed through the portal or by Accounts.
- Maintain accurate details on all licensed companies & leased units in both CRM and SAP ERP.
- Work on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient delivery of service to the customers and smoother operations process.
- Ensure that clients are updating their contact details on a periodic basis.
- Achieve the assigned departmental KPIs (financial, compliance & quality standards) on monthly basis.
- Prepare ad hoc/ analytical reports related to registration and licensing services, leasing and Government services as requested by the management and other relevant departments.
- Perform all types of Government Services Amendment Services that dealing with immigration file.

- Excellent communications skills via phone and email
- Knowledge in digital media
- MS Office software experience
- Microsoft Windows applications, systems data entry and internet search experience
- Works well under pressure
