Call Center Customer Support Executive - Kurdish speaker
Location: Sharjah
Salary AED 5000
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Performs Customer Services
Handle all inbound calls, emails and requests, both online and offline
Provide welcome call to newly purchased IRs and After Sales Calls to the existing customers.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Identify all ongoing customer needs, substitute sales, product promotion, incentive promos and company events.
Skills Keep records of customer interactions
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Provide an outstanding customer service for new and existing customers.
Assist customer on signing up and using company E-store and Virtual Account
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Support local and regional events
Handling of Customer Request
Filing and following up customer requests and complaints.
Ensuring all the information and documents required are sufficient and valid.
Liaising and communicating with GSC UAE/HK/KL on the case status.
Informing customers of the progress of the cases.
Report(s) is prepared
Prepare regular report on activities, challenge(s), and achievements in daily & monthly
Proposed solutions with action plan;
Provide updated report on the progress to management
Other Ad hoc duties which may be assigned
