We offer a complete range of Programme Management, Project Services, Contract Services and Management Consultancy including Benchmarking capable of supporting our Client's investment strategies at every stage of a development, from pre-development planning to final cessation.
Within the Middle East we operate out of offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar, Oman and KSA.
Key Duties: - To work with the regional Directors to support the implementation of Turner & Townsend business strategy.
- To coordinate the regional and global key account programme.
- To provide practical support and coordination around major bids and proposals.
- To prepare, maintain and update marketing collateral material
- To roll out any global changes in templates and best practice within the Middle East
- Liaise with and, where required, support the Global BD Team
- To manage and organise client events and the regional profile raising programme.
- To administer appropriate BD systems - such as tracking the regional major programmes pipeline, Contracts & Marketing Database, and project databases.
- To research and report on market opportunities.
- To maintain and administer on line registrations.
Job Objectives This regional role will report to the Regional Managing Director, but would have day to day dealings with senior members of the whole team. The candidate will need to have at least five years experience of dealing with bids and bidding. The environment is extremely busy at times and bids can take the form of anything from a letter to a fully templated proposal using the "Bid to Win" process. The candidate will manage the flow of bids and the future pipeline. They will need to juggle multiple demands on their time.
