Concept Architect

Responsibilities: - Production of unique concept design, schematic design, detail design, assist in tender documentation & specification as well as site mobilisation
- Plan project programmes & deliverables efficiently as well as have a good understanding of materials & market rates
- Liaising with a team of architects, engineers & multi-disciplinary designers to produce high quality design work, reports & documentation in the form of client deliverables
- Establish design brief align with client requirements.
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
Skills Requirements: - Degre in Architecture. Membership with a recognized professional architectural body will be beneficial.
- Strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery
- 10+ years relevant experience as a concept architect in a reputed design consultancy
- Proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CS Suite & Office 365 Suite
- Must have GCC experience.
