About the role Position: Front-End Developer
Reporting To: Head of Experience Design
Responsibilities - Collaborate with other team members and stake holders to suggest design recommendations and solutions for client requirements
- Translate Designs into the actual working code to produce visual elements of the websites
- Ensure technical feasibility of the UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with a Back End Developer and be able to integrate their work together
- Experiment with new front-end development technologies Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as Front- end Developer
- Experience with Mobile-first & Responsive web design methodologies
- Familiar with preprocessors like LESS, SASS/SCSS (Preferably)
- Good understanding of JavaScript libraries, patterns & methodologies like jQuery, AJAX, Modernizr
- Good knowledge of JS-based build tools like Webpack, Browserify and Gulp
- Experience in testing and developing across multiple browsers while maintaining a consistent experience
- Experience of working in MVC Frameworks i.e. Angular, React is a big plus
Skills Familiar with preprocessors like LESS, SASS/SCSS (Preferably)
