Lead hiring for all campus placements from business universities across the global into consulting positions in the Middle East
Prepare recruiting plans in line with regional and global strategy
Devise innovative and creative methods to attract new talent
Work closely with campuses to identify new opportunities to attract students and undergrads to the Consultancy and the Middle East
Represent the Middle East in global recruitment meetings
Manage the calendar for international campus events
Create and develop reports and presentations for Partners and senior stakeholders
Work with the marketing team to promote the consultancy's brand at campuses
Manage a team of recruiters/coordinators
Maintain manpower plan
Handle senior/Partner recruitment when required
Manage the entire recruitment process through to offer management and mobility to the Middle East
The Successful Applicant
University degree a must and a HR certification would be a plus
Experience working in an international Management Consultancy is a MUST - without this experience you will not be considered for this position.
8+ years in a Recruitment/HR role, people management experience is preferred
MBA student and intern recruitment experience is highly desirable, the ideal candidate will have relationships with key international business schools/campuses
Strong communication skills are essential, proven experience working with senior stakeholders and Partners
Ability to work under pressure and be self managed
Some travel will be required
