Self-driven, goal-oriented and enthusiastic about an exciting challenge within reward / employee benefits, working within a global matrix organisation, as the Director for our global benefit harmonisation project, you’ll assess and restructure the employee benefit schemes and terms & conditions across 30 countries all around the globe. This initiative aligns directly with our ‘Kantar First’ business strategy and is a key pillar of our Kantar Reward Vision backed by our CEO and senior leadership team. You will work with internal stakeholders through all levels of the company to create consistent, competitive and engaging benefit packages for our employees.

KEY OUTCOMES As the Project Director for our global benefit harmonisation project at Kantar, you will work as a key member of the Global Reward Centre of Expertise (CoE) partnering with Senior Reward Directors and with local HR project teams to identify different employee benefit programmes / terms & conditions across 30 countries around the globe. You’ll establish and maintain relationships with senior/mid-level executives and leverage those relationships across Kantar to complete the stages of the project and recommend a harmonised set of employee benefits and terms & conditions which will create alignment, enabling employees to move seamlessly between brands. You´ll manage the project through all stages and keep your stakeholders up-to-date on the completion of milestones and the actions to be taken.
CAPABILITIES Through a proven track record in successfully working as a benefits consultant and/or working directly in an employee benefits department, you have experience in working in a complex structured organisation and of meeting project targets as well as implementing multinational employee benefit plans. You are able to understand local employment issues across the different locations and understand how to develop the right solutions to help harmonise our processes and employee benefit structures. Besides the ability to operate in a matrix management structure where influencing is critical, you should have excellent verbal and written communications skills with great attention to detail. Fluency in English is essential.
