Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business development strategy and facilitating the firm's client relationship management programme. The role typically involves identifying and pursuing key targets.
The role of BDM tends to be very hands-on working both with senior partners and the marketing team to develop strategic initiatives. BDMs need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside relevant business development experience within the legal or other professional services sector.

- Strong back ground in sales and demonstrate abilities to close deals.
- Maintain comprehensive contact list.
- Provide management with the necessary sales reports, budget, forecasts and market analysis.
