- To manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
- To carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, policies and procedures
- Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Manage the I Can Award process.
- Manage the leave record for Abu Dhabi employees, advance salary and loan requests
- Track and maintain employees training files.
- Monitor the Performance Appraisal System.
- To implement Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- To coordinate implementation of HR services, policies and programs and assists/advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
- Performs other similar responsibilities and related duties as and when assigned by direct supervisor or Management.
REQUIREMENTS - Education : Degree or equivalent certification in Human resources.
- Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE with a similar role.
Core Competencies: - Knowledge of HR practices and ability to interpret UAE Law.
- Highly motivated and energetic, independent and able to work well in a team.
