- Sales and Marketing of Resale and Off-plan properties in Dubai
- Leasing of ready properties, managing leads, Clients, properties and specializing in preferred areas.
- Bank financing for Clients and Mortgage consultancy.
- Management of Landlord properties and Rental renewals with the Tenants
- Telemarketing
- Qualifying Clients and doing viewings of selected properties
- Negotiating with Buyers/Sellers & Tenants/Landlords and closing deals.
- Commission based only but Company will provide training, leads & properties, advertising & training to sell off-plan properties through developers with Company tie-ups
Skills - With or without experience in Real Estate
- Preferably know how to speak Chinese, Russian, Turkish and Arabic.
- Must be socially confident and with good communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude a quick learner
- Must have business acumen and real estate sense.
- Must know how to work in a team as well as independently
- Open for candidates on Husband Visa & Own Visa
- Male or Female applicants in Dubai and residents are welcome to apply especially those who have good overseas contacts and investor clients.
