The National Specification Engineer has a full responsibility of securing future business through specifying Hilti products in order to be added to project design and tender documents, that's by educating the market through presentations, seminars, and specifications.

What does the role involve? As a National Specification Engineer your full responsibility is to build-up of Multi Level Network within dedicated Engineering Firms, prepare technical submittals and specification write-ups for Engineering products, follow up with consultants and clients to get it included in the specification documents.
You will also have to provide Technical support for Hilti customers through trainings and seminars to consultants and Major Developers. Coordinate with sales team to ensure sales of specified engineering products and specification work with other Global Specification Engineers.
You'll work with some of the industry's most trusted and innovative engineering products.

What you need is: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering
- Good interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a proactive approach
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a technical environment (i.e. engineering consultancy, manufacturing, construction etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Good computer skills and Good knowledge of Excel and Presentation
- A flexible attitude to work and be willing to use their own initiative
- Enthusiasm and determination
- Problem solving and team work
- Understanding of Standards and Certification.
