We are one of the fastest growing stockiest and distributors of the electrical items in Dubai, providing energy solutions to leading companies and industries in the UAE and GCC. We are looking for a junior accountant to join our dynamic team.
The candidate is expected to perform the following responsibilities:
- Document financial transactions of the company
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Prepare payroll records and entries
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Experience in ERP is added advantage, specially Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
Skills Skills required: - Bachelor in Commerce or a similar degree
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Between 20-30 years old
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Tally
- Preferred INDIAN Nationals
Salary: 3,000 - 3,500 DHS
