The Role The Sr. Accountant -Payroll will be involved handling staff and contractor related payments, payroll, petty cash reimbursements, advances, final settlements etc. He will also be responsible to do VAT accounting related to staff and contractor transactions.
The candidate should also focus on maintaining and improving the processes related to the staff services, interact with internal clients and other parts of DarkMatter organization to maintain and improve services. Candidate should provide analytics related to staff expenses as well as providing info related to staff recharges.
Candidate should have experience in working in ERP environment.

Finalizing payroll/pension
Making payments
Out of Cycle payments
Payroll Costing
Benefit accruals
Staff deductions and recovery
Documentation
Interact with staff and contractors and address their concerns
To bring your dream to life, you'll need: Required Qualifications: Chartered Accountancy, CIMA, CPA or equivalent degree.
3 years of Finance experience.
Desired skills: Excellent in Excel
Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Experience in working in ERP environments
