JOB DESCRIPTION To monitor the performance of each unit on a monthly basis in accordance to the established approved budget. Any major highlights or lowlights to be brought to the attention of the President and the Manager of the unit in a timely manner.
Ensure the full implementation of the corporate standard policies and procedures in all accounting and financial responsibilities.
Coordinate with Insurance Company personnel and Management to build good and strong relations for the benefit of the Company and the execution and needs of Company’s insurance
Coordinate with Internal and External auditors for timely completion of annual financial reports
Analysis – Providing financial analysis/implications on costs, revenue, etc., providing statistical data on revenue, costs, etc
Work with General Managers on ways and means to reduce operational costs by:
- Inventory Control
- Capital Purchase
- Manufacturing / Operational Expenses
Maintain relations with Bank Institutions or individuals by Visiting bank officers/executives/managers (at least one bank per month)
Ensure that Division is operating within all legal, fiscal and financial requirements of the Company and the U.A.E. laws
Carry out physical verification of ALL company assets (Fixed Asset as well as Inventory) across ALL locations related to business unit
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES : - Extensive Knowledge on Financial Analysis, reporting, Cash Flow Management
- Risk Analysis and Management
- Strategic Planning, Budgeting processes and accountabilities & Variance Analysis
- Arranging Credit Facility & Negotiating with Bank
- In depth knowledge on Costing, Financial Institutions, Tenders & Pricing
- Monitoring business Performances, MPO, KPI etc
- Annual External Auditing
- Analysis of new business opportunities & Viability Study
