Inspire Selection has an exclusive mandate for our client in JLT. This is a private investment company with a small team, and is therefore a varied and hands-on role.
Responsibilities - Maintaining personal reconciliations
- Coordinating the execution of legal restructuring based on advice received from external experts -UK & UAE
- Assistance with the Tax related work
- Registration of companies for VAT and filing of VAT returns
- Preparation of periodic cashflow forecasts
- Preparation of Net Asset Valuation report for the group
- Preparation of appropriate vendor management policies
- Internal Controls
- Audit of all entities
- Monitoring income from investments in liaison with the investments manager
- Monitoring projects that require progress payments and ensuring compliance with the contracts
- Maintaining banking relationships including optimum balances, KYC updates, company information updates
- Setting up new accounts and closing existing accounts as per company strategy
REQUIREMENTS - Qualified CA
- 6-8 years PQE
- Big 4 trained
- Friendly team player
