Job Description:- - Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (ERP,Excel, Word) to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Generates accounting statements and reports.
- Researches cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts.
- Develops automated spreadsheets.
- Operates office equipment including personal computer, copiers, fax machines and 10-key calculator.
- Organizes and maintains up to date financial records.
- Provides monthly financial and management reports.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree;in B.COM with Accountancy and Finance
background - Bookkeeping.
- Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts.
-Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.
-Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement for verifying bank balance to cash in hand balances.
- Dealing with Banks, Issuing Che-ques and Dealing with parties for Sales and Purchases.
Prepare reports of payrolls on monthly basis and cash flow reports.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintaining accounts on Quick Books and Tally.
Analyzing accounts and business plans.
