- We are looking for an expert professional services Recruiter to join our Saudi Team in order to maintain and develop an existing desk in our Dubai office.
- This role will focus more on the delivery side of the recruitment process but there will be an element of business development required.
- Additionally, this role will also have a heavy emphasis on Saudi National hiring.
What you will need to succeed: - You will be recruiting across a variety of different industries and be responsible for professional services roles (Banking,Finance,HR,legal).
- You role will be heavily focused on developing the current client and candidate base and your key challenges will be networking, as well as the cultural challenges of recruiting in a new market.
- In order to be successful you will need to have a minimum of 18 months in recruitment. Therefore, if you are Degree qualified, have previous professional services recruitment experience and have the ability to grow a desk, please apply now.
