My client one of the leading banks in UAE is looking for a VP Compliance, Global Corporate Finance & Custody Compliance
Title: VP Compliance, Global Corporate Finance & Custody compliance Reporting to: SVP Head of Compliance - CIB and International
Location: United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities: In conjunction with the different compliance units, lead and manage the creation, implementation and monitoring of the GCF and Custody Compliance framework and plan that properly addresses Compliance needs and requirements in line with laws, rules and regulations.
Loan Capital Markets (LCM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Agency, Custody and Security Services.
Build and maintain productive business relationships with GCF business partners, across the regions, and must have the ability to work cross-functionally to effectively deliver added value to the Business.
Provide compliance advice to GCF business on regulatory developments, policy initiatives, projects, new business initiatives and process improvements.
Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking industry
A minimum of 7 years of compliance experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking Compliance field.
Excellent understanding of products and corporate finance industry: Loan Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets.
