One of our clients, a leading bank is looking for a Strategy Manager to join their team.
Job Title: Strategy Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities: Define and steer overall CWM strategy and business performance together with business management and each business units in CWM.
Strategic and tactical support to business units in CWM to ensure achievement of aspiration through implementation of transformation agenda and defined growth plans.
Maximize synergies across Business units, resulting in revenue generation and cost reduction
Ensure top-down alignment across the different business units.
Act as a center of excellence for best practices across all topics, leveraging external and internal expertise
Qualifications: MBA or Masters in Management, Finance or Banking and solid indications of academic excellence
5 + years of working experience (previous banking experience is desirable)
Proven track record in implementing change in any organization
Previous consultancy/strategy experience with top consulting houses or bank internal consulting teams, or bank project management experience
Solid knowledge in banking and key strategy planning approaches
