The Organization:
Our client is a multispecialty private hospital with branches throughout the UAE. For their corporate head office in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring an experienced Executive Manager - M&A (or Investment Analyst).
Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversees, plans, and directs all aspects of an organization's efforts to achieve growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture;
- Identifies, analyzes, and determines feasibility of possible mergers and evaluates their potential impact on the corporation's growth and profitability;
- Participates in merger and acquisition negotiations;
- May direct and oversee mergers and acquisitions staff;
Skills Skills & Competencies: - Excellent business acumen and leadership experience;
- Ability to analyze and interpret information quickly;
- Hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented;
- Ability to manage responsibilities with major organizational impact;
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics;
- CA or similar certification mandatory;
- 3 - 5 years related experience;
- Experience healthcare industry would be highly preferable
