Description:

The main role will be to work closely with the customers. You'll be asked to contact our customers regularly and build personal relationship with main accounts.

Responsibilities:

-Execute collection strategy,

-Follow up on payments,

-Perform account reconciliations,

-Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities,

-Generate and develop age analysis, bad debt forecast,

-Review account receivable aging to ensure compliance,

-Conduct general accounting duties: maintaining up-to-date balancing of accounts using Tally ERP9, following up on accounts receivables, preparing quotations, invoices and receipts

-Perform other duties as assigned

-Perform basic book keeping.

Requirements:

-Tally/Accounting Experience

-VAT Knowledge (Calculation)

-Knowledge of basic/processing accounting transactions, spreadsheets and files

-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

-Strong financial and analytical ability

-Ability to multi-task

-Ability to work under pressure

-Positive and friendly attitude

-Flexible, smart, energetic and resourceful
