Farnek (Support Services)
Job Description - Project Management - Coordinate and Support Project schedules, activities and documentation including scope & requirement study, Process Analysis, System Study, Gap analysis, Vendor analysis, training materials, sign offs and completion reports
- ICT & network services - implement and maintain ICT services & applications including physical and virtual infrastructure, Network services & server room and core services including active directory, office 365.
- Manage engine helpdesk management, domains, file server, AV service, photocopying and scanning serice and applications including ERP & HRMS, CAFM & its mobility solution, Farnek App along with reporting services. Ensure hardware including physical servers, SAN/NAS, network switches, Firewall are managed efficiently.
- ERP - CRM, Accounting, contract management, prcourement, stores & inventory, HRMS, CAFM and fleet management systems.
- ICT Administration - Ensure Material requisition, hardware deliviries, completion notes and invoices, asset registry, monthly expense sheet, ICT services license management, ICT & network AMCs processes are followed & completed in a timely manner
- Training & Development - Prepare & deliver training material/matrix/schedules across the business
- Backup, disaster recovery and business continuity process & management
- Server room and cloud service management
- Supporting remote workers & offices.
- Monthly Reporting: ICT MIS report, Services health check audits
- Assist Director of ICT in day to day operation delivery.
Qualification Bachelors / Masters in Information Technology
