Position Profile: The role of Instructor - Finance & Accounting exists within the Faculty of Business, the position holder will be responsible for the delivery of foundation subjects in Finance & Accounting, support classes & workshops and the delivery of tutorials.
The position will mainly be responsible for delivering general education courses for university students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. The Instructor will carry out these teaching responsibilities under the supervision of the Dean.

Essential & Desirable Criteria: ESSENTIAL - A Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a relevant area of study is essential for this position
- Fluency in the English language (both spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Ability to operate within a multi-cultural environment as well as to emphasise with student of multiple cultures, religions and backgrounds
- Prior teaching experience at university level
DESIRABLE - Extensive teaching experience
- Have undertaken a tertiary-level course in instruction and curriculum development either through formal university studies or PD such as the ‘Introduction to Tertiary Teaching Program
Remuneration & Benefits: The successful candidates will receive a remuneration package which includes an attractive tax free salary ranging from AED 144, 000 - AED 156,000 per annum, five weeks of paid leave per year, annual air ticket, private medical insurance for self and eligible dependents, life & disability policy, professional development assistance, education allowance for up to 3 eligible children, professional development and fee waiver for self and dependents looking to pursue higher studies.
