Technica seeks to fill the position of Supply Supervisor at FT Richardson, AK.

Duties:

• nage day-to- day technical inspections of equipment/items for acceptance.
• tend scheduled and unscheduled meetings and briefings.
• sure a joint equipment inventory on COIE/BII is performed.
• ack generated MROs to gaining DEPOT and arrange shipment of directed items.
• the Contractorn-site Supervisor and POC for Government representatives.
• ovide overall supervision for Contractor employees to include, but not limited to, planning and managing the project professionally, providing supervision for additional supply operations to include property book and arms room supply support.
• sure that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources.
• sure that accurate and timely reports are provided.
• reen applicants and conduct interviews for open positions.
• rform employee discipline counseling, employee performance reviews, and other personnel reporting.
• view and approve timesheets.

Requirements:

• e ideal candidate must be extremely customer focused and capable of short range planning, analysis, and the ability to understand the processing of parts and have the following additional requirements traits:
• good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
• understanding of the needs of the organizations serviced and their overall mission completion concerns.
• alytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to quickly research and collect the necessary data, to establish the applicable facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of systematic established guidelines.
• st have several years of experience in and with military supply and logistics systems at the Brigade or above levels.
• monstrated knowledge to operate and perform required duties using US Army Logistics Information Systems (LIS) and computer automation equipment.
• st be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance to perform duties and attend classified meetings and briefings, this is a minimum requirement as the supply operations supervisor.
• rforms other duties as assigned.
• st be capable of multiple tasking and organizing work force to perform missions that may require the supervisor to do a limited physical demonstrative example of tasks required to complete the mission.
• bject to random drug testing on an unannounced basis.
• st possess a current state drivericense

Preferred:

• Bachelor or higher degree in business, management, logistics or the equivalent civilian/military service school graduation or prior supervisory experience (normally 8 plus years) to verify the abilities and competence required to perform in a wide scope of supply related tasks.
