On behalf of our client, a local asset management company based in the DIFC, Swisslinx Middle East is looking to source an experienced Finance and Operations Director.
This is a senior management position in which the successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. You will be managing a team based in the Dubai.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Full responsibility for reporting
- Overseeing the preparation of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, annual audit, etc.
- Become the DFSA authorized person, direct contact with DFSA
- Managing a team of 10 pax (finance, operations, IT, HR)
To be considered for this role you should possess the following requirements:
- Experience within asset management field is a must
- CA or equivalent
- Must have current or previous experience with the DFSA
- Experience at senior managerial level
- Ability to work, communicate and deliver at a high quality standard
To round up your profile, you should have outstanding and articulate communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
