Description Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be leading a sizeable headcount in the finance department. You will be required to lead your team in daily functional accounting operations and play a key role as a business partner of the CFO while remaining a main communication partner in controlling. Prioritizing a high level of transparency for the performance of the group, you will be playing a pivotal role in influencing major decision with the senior stakeholders.
Profile Ideally, you should have 5-7 years of knowledge on controlling business and tools in diverse environments, preferably within the FMCG space previously. You should have at least 5 years of experience in controlling of finance functions. You have the capabilities to influence stakeholders and the business in a positive and collaborative way. With excellent communication skills, you possess the drive and passion to work independently under stress. Good stakeholder management skills with an analytical mind are key traits.
