» Manage and maintain office supplies (eg stationary and pantry inventories).
» Manage the incoming and outgoing mail documents including courier services
» Schedule, organize and coordinate internal & external meeting/conference call and events
» Manage travel and hotel arrangements and calendar scheduling for 2 Executives.
» Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
