» Monitor staff movement
» Maintain proper filing system
» Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements: » GCE 'O' level with a minimum of 3 years of significant practice
» Computer literate (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
» Good organisational and communication expertise
» capability to speak and write English fluently
» capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
