About the HR Analyst (6 months contract) function:
In this function, you will be responsible for handling HR data analysis for the Asia region. You will be part of a dynamic and high-performing team with opportunities to lgain and grow your expertise set.
Key Job responsibilities: - Work across multiple HR projects and collate significant data and information
- Perform data analysis and translate data into quality output for stakeholders
- Manage data on HR systems and perform data modelling as required
- Handle large volumes of data in tight timelines and ensure confidentiality of information
- Generate reports on systems and in Excel (pivot table)
Key Requirements: - Degree in Business-related disciplines
- Two years of practice in data management and reporting
- Strong analytical expertise and attention to detail
- capability to multitask and work under tight timelines
