Exciting opportunity to establish a long term career with a global property management leader as Finance Manager for their Singapore entity.
The function
Reporting to the Singapore Financial Controller, you will lead a team and be responsible for superviseing the month end closing and timely preparation of financial reports, reports to HQ, budgeting and forecasting, performance management reports and variance analysis. You will also be involved in preparation of financial statements and tax returns, review and submit GST, withholding tax returns, government surveys and statistical returns. You will also corporate secretarial and all treasury/banking related matters and the key contact for external and internal auditors and tax agents.
In addition, you will also assist in due diligence and review of financial reports relating to any potential acquisition projects, risk analysis and practiccapability studies.
Your Profile As the prosperous candidate, you will have a degree in accountancy and at least 8 years of significant practice in similar function. Prior practice in financial and management reporting will be essential. practice in tax and GST will be preferred. This is a Singapore focused function hence will not require travelling.
