The Opportunity

» Opportunity to work in a reputable Aerospace MNC.

» 6 months contract

» Monday - Friday/ 8am - 5.30pm/ Seletar)

The Talent:

» A Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

» With at least 1-2 years of significant practice in the field of accounting

» Able to start immediately

» Proficient in MS Excel

» Independent and meticulous candidate with good communication expertise

Job Description

» Entering of vendors' invoices into the system.

» Processing payments to vendors via cheques or telegraphic transfers.

» Emailing payment vouchers to vendors as proof of payment.

» Processing credit notes given by vendors.

» Vendors Statement of Accounts Reconciliation to Pentagon.

» Posting of invoices and payment vouchers to General Ledger.

» Scanning of project related invoices and bills into common folder.

» Supporting the auditors during yearly audit review.

» Processing petty cash claims.

» Any ad-hoc related matters as assigned.
