The Job » Conduct routine system check
» Planning and undertaking over projects when completed
» Respond to support request raised by customer within the agreed SLA
» Perform basic / advance troubleshooting for all hardware, software network and application issues
» Prepare and execute SOW for system update
» Escalate and follow up with external vendors ensuring case resolved
» Prepare standard documentation Eg. SOW, incident report, troubleshooting and installation guides, inventory.
practice/expertise required
» Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines
» Minimum 2-3 years of practice of significant practice in managing Information technology infrastructure systems and services.
»Strong in Linux (RedHat) domain
»expertise in Data base (Oracle RAC, SQL Server) , Networking (Dell, Cisco), Firewall (Fortinet)
» expertise in Big Data technologies on Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, Elastic Search etc with implementation and system maintenance practice
» Working practice in Virtualisation is an advantage
» Able to work independently and as a team
