JOB DESCRIPTION About the function:
The function of a Client Integration Manager (Private Equity & Real Estate) involves leading and managing our clients’ new business onboarding to Citco.
The specialist will be responsible for the prosperous delivery of projects- including new and existing client fund launches and conversions. The incumbent is responsible for managing project teams made up of owners from within Citco business units and stakeholders at the Client.
The core expertise required are being able to manage teams within a project management framework, having client-facing practice and knowledge the financial services business.
The integration team is the initial point of contact for the client to Citco, alongside their relationship manager. Therefore, the function involves dealing with the senior management of all the organisations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The capability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential.
Job tasks in Brief:
Project Manage New Business:
» Own new client and existing client product launches/conversions, including:
» Track and monitor project progress via project tools;
» Chair client meetings and document actions;
» Provide exceptional client service all over;
» Escalate project issues/delays;
» Communicate to Management Teams and stakeholders;
» Manage/coordinate all work stream owners and deliverables;
» Identify project concerns and risks;
» Direct ownership and superviseing Technology system onboarding;
» Coordinate with all significant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs and they capture any unique sets of requirements.
» Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is correct and complete at planning phases. Project Manage BAU:
» Major SLA changes
» Process Improvements
» Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
» Contribute to the development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms About You:
» Bachelor Degree in either Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics, CPA or CFA preferred
» At least 2 years of practice in either Front, Back or Middle Office operations
» Minimum of 2 years practice in external client facing
» Minimum of 2 years practice managing teams
» Strong team player who exhibits effective communication and written expertise
» Strong sense of ownership and accountcapability of work product
» capability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work located on deadlines
» Proven Relationship Management practice
» Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
» Candidates must have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices and a strong interest in further development and learning
