Your Responsibilities: - Partnering with the Commercial team and LOCs BI team, to develop the roadmap and strategies with solid analytic evidence and meet key stakeholders' needs of Intercontinental region.
- Lead the transformation of the Digital, Data and analytics from descriptive analytics to predictive analytics.
- Involves working with cross-functional teams Finance, supply chain, commercial operations, marketing and sales in Intercontinental region by ensuring timely, to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics for ongoing daily operations and strategic planning.
- Lead business intelligence capability building across intercontinental markets.
- Manage regional reporting system's performance and insight in conjunction with end users in regional and markets
- Bridge from global to local, support global platform's landing in markets, leading global project's lunch, training and communication.
- Champions the Business Intelligence program and promotes its value to the business. Facilitate good decision-making through interpretation and prediction of market, customer and competitive behavior trends.
- Develop and lead the end to end implementation of the Intercontinental Business Intelligence Vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Line manage the Enterprise Data manager who supports the development and governance of data modelling in the region.
- To interpret and apply global strategy for digital, data management and analytics in markets. Work closely with senior management team to prioritize business and information needs.
- Developing BI solutions to enable stakeholders to make decisions with timely and quality analysis. Identify trends and business opportunities for data/information usage and be able to articulate its value to stakeholders.
- Drive alignment between INC LOCs, INC regional and global BI strategy and the way of working.
- Identifying ways to drive competitive advantage through focus on customer, enabling outstanding marketing and sales analytics capabilities building.
- Lead in the identification of business and functional goals as well as business metrics and be able to relate this to GSK's corporate goals. Provide INC KPI reports and analyze our competitive position in the marketplace/industry.
- To monitor industry trends and identify emerging technologies that we should adopt in Intercontinental markets.
- Manage the business intelligence relationship with 3rd party (Knowledge Center, IMS, etc).
