The Certified Medical Assistant provides direct clinical care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Assists physician during examination, treatment and procedures. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
Qualifications - Holds a Certified Medical Assistant Certificate
- Works only under the direct supervision of a Physician or Licensed Healthcare Provider
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- 1-3 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
