• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Experienced in fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organised and detail oriented
• Immediate or short notice candidates will be preferable.

• Responsible in AR and AP functions
• Handle general daily invoices/billings and data entry into accounting system
• Work closely with Sales operational and Logistics teams
• Assist in monthly sales closing report
• Maintain and comply with invoicing procedures
• Validate and process staff claim for APAC office
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required
