This role will ensure that timely and consistent support is provided to the accounts and the sales teams. The Sales Support Assistant will support various sales roles within the Nursing and Health Education division.
Your responsibilities Ensure all assigned tasks through Elsevier's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are accomplished.
Work with sales team members to complete emails and flyers based upon provided templates to promote new products and special offers.
Assist with the ordering and shipping of brochures and related sales collateral to the field sales teams.
Ensure that various faculty and sales initiated requests for products, resources, and support are fulfilled.
Work with additional Elsevier support teams to resolve concerns and issues.
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
Handle any special projects as required by the sales or operations management team.
What you should bring
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years support/coordinator experience, preferably in a sales environment.
Must possess strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Administrative, organization, and attention to detail are a must, in addition to strong verbal communication skills and a customer focus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word in particular) required.
