Job Description & Summary The Assurance Risk & Quality teams have a major role in ensuring that the Assurance professionals in PwC provide the highest quality professional services and are seen by our clients as trusted advisors. More specifically, the Assurance Technology team supports the effective and efficient use of the firm's software and tools used in performing audits. As part of this team, you will help to enhance our user experience in using the software and tools and work closely with relevant local, regional and global IT teams and other stakeholders
Responsibilities - Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting and diagnose application related issues, escalating third level issues for additional attention
- Involve in testing of pre-release versions of the application and other related software and tools
- Develop user guidance and be involved in training as required
- Other ancillary duties
Requirements - At least a Diploma in IT (candidates with Degree in IT preferred)
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT-related field
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
- Keenness in problem-solving, be meticulous and possess excellent project management skills
- Ability to work in teams and independently and able to interact effectively with staff at all levels
- Strong commitment to self-development
- Some basic accounting knowledge will be advantageous
