Finishing Operations Supervisor position available in Ephrata, PA! The Finishing Operations Supervisor will have the experience working with wood and the knowledge to know which sprays adhere to different wood types.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise 20-30 direct reports
• Lead and coordinate daily finishing operations as it relates to safety, quality and productivity, yield, on-time shipment, and successful employee relations through the supervision of team leaders to accomplish these goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of specialized experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency with MS software
• Leadership experience
• Wood or Wood Finishing background
