» Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot table)
» Familiar with SAP system (order creation)
Job Description » Export order to shipment management
» Provide excellent service to customers
» Export order to shipment management: Process orders into SAP
» Account receivable collections management:
» Monitor payments from customers for shipments invoiced and prior shipments (incl letter of credit, etc)
» Follow-up with customers to avoid overdue payments
» Generate everyday reports for Run To Target Meetings.
