Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION 5.5 Days / Week (Alternate Saturday) - 0830 to 1730
Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul work on Light to Heavy Duty Vehicles
Petrol, Diesel & Hybrid Engine of Cars, Buses or Trucks.
Responsibilites: » Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles (diesel, commercial vehicle), ensuring high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop's service standards and according to job order.
» Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
» Adhere to defined guidelines regarding safety, orderliness etc.
» Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.
Appropriate qualifications:
» NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
» At least 2 years of hands on practice in diesel engine repair/ electrical/aircon repair of diesel vehicle.
» Preferably with Class 3 Driving License.
» Candidates are required to work independently and perform shift work.
