Responsibilities: - Monitor standard cost updating and billing process
- Review and approve journal vouchers prepared by staff and ensure smooth and accurate management accounting closure within tight deadline
- Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly key financial results including manufacturing variance explanations to the stakeholders
- Provide financial support to the operation team/resolving related operational issue raised
- Key personnel in driving yearly budget completion and prepare monthly roll-over forecast
- Fixed assets budget coordinating and monitoring
- Understand internal controls requirements, assists in compliance of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 certification and carry out cross-function testing to ensure compliance
- Responsible for supporting all accounting related activities relating to the setting up of a new facility
- Responsible for the data migration and conversion from existing facility to the new facility
Requirements: - Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a CPA
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in manufacturing standard costing, auditing, budget plan, SOX compliance, etc
- Assertive, self-motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
