Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced business and marketing professional to help build and market Facebook's advertising solutions to top advertisers in Singapore and across South East Asia. You will contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a seasoned professional who has also demonstrated previous solid performance and work in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in driving growth as well as experience consulting on cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising. This position is located in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES Help define Facebook's overall approach and focus in the market
Identify and prioritize business opportunities
Partner with other x-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Facebook's success in growing the business
Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, consultative support and services for
Facebook, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising
Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed
Create persuasive client presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
Drive growth and secure goals for yourself and team
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales support and operational customer service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of deep relevant experience in digital marketing, business development, sales experience preferable in Singapore and SEA.
Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations
Industry experience from CPG,Retail or a brand agency/consultancy will be highly regarded
Proven leadership ability to influence CXO level
Deep understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising in the SEA region.
Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
