The Job Working closely with a team of 3 administrative staff, this role encompasses rewarding career opportunities and responsibilities summarised as follows:
- Supervise 3 administrative staff in daily operations
- Data entry of orders information into system with high accuracy
- Liaise with inter-department colleagues to ensure accuracy of information
- Assist in general administration tasks
The Talent - Good working attitude and interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Strong command of English & Mandarin as the role will be liaising frequently with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Positive energy and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Comfortable to work on 5.5 days work schedule (Mon-Sat) with good remuneration package

Other details - Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am - 6pm & Sat: 9am - 1pm (No OT required during working days)
