Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION This is a Legal Counsel function in a global technology start up focusing on the Asia Pacific region.
Client Details Our Client is a global technology start up which has received global attention from both investors and users for its highly innovative proposition. Due to aggressive rapid expansion of the business, there is a newly created opportunity for a APAC Legal Counsel to be part of the rapidly growing organisation.
Job detail Focusing on the APAC region and reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be a critical business partner in providing robust legal support and advice in contracts and regulatory work supporting business growth through collaboration with regional stakeholders. You will also partner with other specialised legal teams at the corporate office to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Profile You are a qualified lawyer with 5 - 8 years PQE, ideally gained in the technology, digital or media industries. A highly self-motivated, dynamic and mature individual, you thrive in a goal oriented environment and are equipped to deal with ambiguity with the capability to organise and prioritise.
